Why We Exist
We co‑create coaching and mentoring experiences that support Black men and boys to achieve their self‑defined goals and build the futures they envision for themselves, their families and their communities. We demystify limited self‑belief, challenge cultural norms and address systemic barriers to coaching, mentoring and storytelling.

Boys2Men Mentoring Programme ((B2M) and MoveMen Coaching Programme (MM_UK). Delivered through AQ Community Coaching CIC (sponsored pathway) and AQ Life Coaching Ltd (paid pathway).
